1. About our SMS program
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text message (SMS) program operated by First Coast Industries LLC ("Counters Studio", "we", "us", "our") at https://Counters.Studio, on behalf of the countertop fabrication businesses that use our platform. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you accept these terms.
2. Messages you will receive
When you request or authorize it, we send you text messages about your countertop project — including your price quote, a secure link to view and electronically sign it, appointment or status updates, and related customer-service messages. These are transactional, account-related messages tied to your project.
3. How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and consent to the fabricator you are working with — in person (for example, on a signed consent form during a house visit), by phone, or online. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Typically you only receive a message when a quote is sent to you, when you sign, or when there is an update about your project.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier; we do not control them. Please check your mobile plan for details.
6. Opt out and help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here with a new effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after the new effective date means you accept the updated terms.
